REGISTRATION OPEN FOR PLAY GROUP – VIII
AVAILIBILITY OF FORM :
- The registration forms are available at the school premises between 8:30 am to 4:00pm only.
- Take the application form which is free of cost.
- Fill it up neatly and carefully with black pen only.
- Please ensure that the entire columns are filled.
SUBMISSION OF FORM:
- Submit to the Front Desk P.R.O. with all relevant documents (Photocopy Only).
- Original documents to be produced at the time of admission.
Following documents are required at the time of Admission :
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Residential Proof
- Father’s Qualification proof
- Mother’s Qualification proof
- Medical Certificate including blood group / allergies if any
- Vaccination Card / Fitness Certificate
- Three photograph of the child
- Photographs of parents 2 each
- Business card (parents)
- Previous class report card
- The form, details, photographs and attested documents will be crosschecked.
- An informal meeting with the Principal will be arranged.
- Admission will be confirmed by the P.R.O. on a given date and the fee structure will be explained.
- The Admission Form, I Card Form, Medical form, Transport form etc & other formalities will be completed.
- The confirmation of admission is only on receipt of fees.
- Payment of fees is to be done by cheque / DD only.
There is no interaction with or interview of the child.
